Become a Diagnostic Detective!
Type: Expo Zone
Have you ever wondered what medical laboratory scientists do? This exhibit has stations for all ages to explore the sections of a clinical lab. Use microscopes to view blood cells and a parasitic worm. Practice your pipetting skills using transfer pipettes and test tubes. See your hands glow as you wash away germs to demonstrate the importance of proper hand washing. All of these hands-on activities will give greater insight to a day in the life of a medical laboratory scientist!
