The Sanctuary offers 180 acres of diverse wildlife habitats situated around 40-acre Wintergreen Lake with 3 miles of trails. Wintergreen Lake hosts the largest number of trumpeter swans in Michigan and is a refuge for migrating waterfowl and songbirds.
