Help make the MSU Science Festival awesome! We are looking for a team of energetic, helpful and enthusiastic volunteers to support our presenters and patrons this year.
Expo Day Volunteer Opportunities
It's the moment we've all been waiting for: the MSU Science Festival Expo Days are back live and in-person! Expo Day volunteers will help ensure events run smoothly throughout the April 5th & 6th weekend.
Adaptable Attendants: Adaptable attendants are volunteers who are adaptable and ready to tackle a diverse range of tasks, and are adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues as they emerge.
Lead Headquarters Attendants: Lead headquarters attendants will aid in the smooth operations of the HQ table. Volunteers must familiarize themselves with the volunteer and presenter schedules, as well as the venue layout.
Room Attendants: Room attendants will be stationed in their designated rooms throughout their entire shift, where they will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining the room's functionality and appearance.
Survey Attendants: Survey attendants are responsible for facilitating survey collection from festival attendees using IPads. Survey data will help us better plan SciFest in future years!
Welcome Attendants: Welcome attendants are tasked with fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both presenters and patrons as they enter the expo premises.
