Love Lansing Coloring Book

Long before pandemics and quarantines and the year 2020, the Lansing 5:01 team had a vision for a Lansing-themed coloring book. Art holds a special place in our lives – and in our community – so it made sense to produce some art that could also create community. What better way to share our region’s bold story than to offer an activity that can be shared with adults, families, and kids? We didn’t have to look far to find the perfect collaborator for this project. Local illustrator and founder at Dear Ollie, Sara Pulver, has a gift for creating images that are accessible and compelling to artists of all ages and abilities. The Love Lansing Coloring Book offers drawings of many of our region’s most notable landmarks, restaurants, and cultural attractions. And Quality Dairy’s French Onion Chip Dip – because – obviously! From Spartan Stadium to Lansing’s Capitol Building, to Potter Park Zoo and the MSU Dairy Store, this edition of the coloring book provides a fun activity for everyone, while proudly recognizing many of the things that make our region special. In the spirit of our mission to showcase the best of Lansing to Lansing’s future, we hope you take advantage of this free download and enjoy the inaugural Love Lansing Coloring Book.
