MSU SciComm: Take a tour with IQ!
Type: Talk or Demonstration
Join the Institute for Quantitative Health Science & Engineering (IQ) for a fun morning of tours and activities! We’ll have a variety of demonstrations covering aspects of biomedical engineering, including a neuroscience demonstration, tours covering microscopy, 3D printing, robotics, and radiation. We’ll also have activities set up for your little ones, including a slime station, learning to pipette, and extracting DNA from a strawberry. Please note: -Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the premises. Tours will take place separately from our activity area, and children will not be allowed to participate in activities or tours unaccompanied. Please ensure enough adults are accompanying you to supervise your children. -Tours will function on a first come first serve basis. Tour waves will go out every 10 minutes starting at 9:30 AM and will be on a first come first serve basis, up until 12 PM.
